My Favorite Breakfast Oatmeal
My breakfast routine changes to about 2-3 different kinds a week; but this Oatmeal breakfast has to be my favorite. First of all, it is super easy to make and only takes a few minutes! You can switch things around to better fit your taste buds and/or needs. You can switch to any other kind of butter like Peanut or Sunflower (depending on how much fat you want in there), you can add flax seed, chia seeds, berries, banana, etc.
All you need is 3 ingredients: Oats, Honey & Almond Butter
Directions: In a pan, add 1/2 cup of oats, cook it in water (where it just about covers the oats) and start stirring. Once the water has absorbed a bit, add the honey and mix it around, then add the nut butter of your choice until its nice and blended and turn it off. That is it! Too easy to skip in the mornings.
